Throughout the programme, you’ll progress through structured workshops, e-learning and workplace activities, with regular coaching and progress reviews to support you towards successful completion.

An apprenticeship combines structured learning with development in the workplace, so learners will need to balance their studies with their day-to-day role.

Your employer will need to support you throughout the apprenticeship and provide opportunities for you to apply your learning and develop the required skills in the workplace.
