Following the Government’s recent announcement on the defunding of several apprenticeship programmes, employers across sectors are reassessing how they develop leadership capability, future skills and workforce progression.

To support this conversation, we are having a small Employer Roundtable to explore the implications of these changes and help inform the design of future skills and apprenticeship provision.

This session will bring together employer partners to share insight, test ideas and shape what effective, commercially viable and future‑focused programmes should look like.

• Preferred delivery models and what employers need to see for future programmes to succeed
