We’re excited to announce the launch of our new podcast: ‘Conversations with Serco’! This podcast will take you behind the scenes of Serco, offering insights into our commitment to social value, upskilling, reskilling, innovation, and how we help citizens navigate life’s crucial moments.
Your host for this enlightening journey will be Joanna Hughes, Participant Progression Capability Lead for the Restart Scheme at Serco. Joanna, or Jo as she’s affectionately known, has been part of Serco since June 2021. Her role in the Serco Restart Scheme involves providing targeted support to unemployed individuals (our participants) and assisting them in their search for sustainable employment.
In each episode, Jo will engage in interesting chats with various Serco staff members from across the Employment, Skills and Training division, as well as representatives from our partner organisations and employers we work with. They will share good news stories, discuss our commitments to social value, and reveal the innovative ways in which we make a difference in the community.
