We deliver the Restart Scheme across West Central England (Black Country, Coventry, Greater Birmingham and Solihull, The Marches and Worcestershire) with 11 delivery partners. To date*, we have supported 97,000 individuals with 16,000 finding long-term, sustainable employment

Groundwork West Midlands

Business 2 Business (UK) Ltd
Founded in 1986 to provide highly accessible, community-based employment advice, Business 2 Business has since grown to become the nationally-relevant, high performing, mainstream and BAME specialist employment and skills provider, it is today. Business 2 Business is currently on the DWP CAEHRS framework in every English region and has worked, as a prime provider and/or sub-contractor with numerous other employment and skills providers to deliver a wide range of DWP, ESFA, ESF and Big Lottery funded programmes. Reed in Partnership’s mission is to positively transform people and their communities.
We have been supporting jobseekers for over 20 years, helping hundreds of thousands of people to change their lives for the better through lasting employment.
We are experts at helping people to identify and overcome things that may be preventing them from finding employment. We do this together, in partnership, with a range of local services and providers to offer appropriate and impactful support to the people who need it most.

Ingeus
Ingeus UK delivers services to help people improve their employment, skills, health and wellbeing. Our mission is to enable better lives and we work with government and partners to drive social change and improve life chances. We have been delivering trusted and tailored solutions for customers and communities across the UK since 1997. Our 2,000 expert team members and hundreds of local partners work collaboratively to deliver a wide range of contracts including Work and Health Programme, National Citizen Service, Access to Work Mental Health Support Services, and NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme.

Workpays
Workpays is a well respected training provider that works with businesses and individuals to deliver bespoke training programmes, which lead to recognised accredited qualifications and a workforce with enhanced skills.
We really believe in our motto, that ‘small changes make a real difference’ and this is non more evident than our outstanding record in working with NEETS ( young people that are Not In Education, Employment or Training). This is a real passion for us and nothing makes us more proud than seeing disadvantaged individuals successfully taking the next steps on their career journey, progressing to employment or into full-time study.

Shaw Trust

Enable (Shropshire Council)
Established in 1994 as a specialist mental health employment service, Enable has since expanded to include employment services for all disability groups. Our highly experienced Employment Officers support and advise people with disabilities or mental health needs to find work suited to their interests and skills. This allows us to assist people in their efforts to achieve sustainable employment in mainstream competitive jobs.
We work directly with both jobseekers and employers to find the right job for the right person. With over 20 years of experience, we have a proven track record of ensuring that clients find the career path that suits their interests and skills, ultimately providing employers with suitable candidates for the job.
We firmly believe that employment improves health and builds self-worth, as well as bringing financial and social independence. This is something that we work closely with each of our clients to achieve. With the help of innovative employment schemes and approaches, we constantly strive to perform above the national average.
